Our History

Although the ACC name has only been around since the year 2000, it has a rich history dating back to the 1946's. The companies that make up the present day ACC represent infrastructure construction and maintenance services from coast to coast for both public and private sectors.

 

Meadow Valley Contractors, Inc. - ACC Southwest

Founded in 1980, Meadow Valley is a heavy-highway contractor specializing in the self-performance and construction of roads, highways, bridges, drainage channels, and the paving of highways, vehicle test tracks, and airfields.

 

Randall & Blake, Inc. - ACC Mountain West

Founded in 1975, Randall and Blake is known for heavy highway, civil and landscape constructionwith specialty work in sport fields and golf courses. The team also has a strong track record working with the Federal Highway Administration.

 

Saiia Construction Company - Saiia Construction, An ACC Company

Since 1946, Saiia Construction Company has specialized in full service site development and site maintenance services for heavy industrial projects, power plants, pulp and paper mills, quarries, industrial and municipal landfills, waste water treatment plans and infrastructure and roadway projects.

 

West Coast Bridge - ACC West Coast

Founded in 1986, West Coast Bridge has a strong history in seismic bridge retrofitting and tunnel and tub rehabilitation in Northern California.  ACC WC is a leader in specialty preservation pavement including polyester polymer, methacrylate and multi-layer systems.
